Started in 2004 by Guruji Raajasri Sundharasivam in the holy city of Tiruvannamalai, the 63 Nayanars Gurupeetam was built on one belief: feeding a hungry person is the highest form of worship. The Foundation takes its name from the 63 Nayanmars saints who gave up everything in devotion to God and humanity. That's not just history for us. That's the daily practice. Every single day, pilgrims walk the Girivala around Arunachala Hill. They come from all over. When they finish that walk, a meal is waiting. Clean drinking water. A place to sit and rest.Just food, served with care. On every Pournami, when lakhs of devotees flood into Tiruvannamalai, we feed them all. It has happened every full moon for over two decades without exception. The sadhus who wander into town are never sent away. Every day, through the Maheswara Puja Annadhanam, they are seated and fed. Special sevas continue on Pradhosam and Amavasya days through the year. In the villages around Tiruvannamalai, the Foundation helps families who are struggling β with food, clothing, and shelter. Sacred cows are looked after in our Gaushala. Every donor who contributes gets a personal Sangalpam β a sacred dedication made in your family's name during the seva itself. Your giving becomes part of the prayer.
